Liability

 Heart of Superior will not accept responsibility for any personal injury, or loss or damage to possessions sustained by the occupants during their stay

Policies

• Our entire property is non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes and electronic or vapor cigarettes. Credit cards will be billed a minimum of $250 if evidence of tobacco use is found. This will include costs of any major cleaning that needs to be done as a result of the smoking.
• No pets are allowed. Violators will be billed up to $200.00 per day plus any damages, legal fees or related costs such as deep cleaning.
• Large events and parties are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are 10pm – 9am.
•You must be 25 years old to book. Renters agree not to sublease the unit to a 3rd party.
